All participants in the sale must be a registered New Car Dealer at Deal 2 Dealer Auction.
All units offered for sale must be inspected and accurately Described.
All vehicles in the sale must be accompanied by a floor price.
Any issues or items over $500 may be arbitrated, unless Sold As-Is.
Full disclosure of any and all defect is required. Disclosure can save you from arbitration.
Autocheck and CarFax may be arbitrated for mileage and accident indicators.
Missing labels/stickers on repaired/painted parts may be arbitrated.
Misbooked items will be adjusted automatically for blue book value.
All arbitration requests must be submitted via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the unit. Arbitration will not be considered if received after this time.
All arbitration and retail notifications must be submitted via e-mail to arb@deal2dealers.com. Phone notifications and messages will not be accepted.
The buyer needs to arrange transportation.
Payments will be handled by Deal 2 Dealers Auto Auction..
PAA, if and when necessary, will inspect units being arbitrated by an independent inspector – AIM (Alliance Inspection Management). Losing dealer pays inspection costs.
If a unit has retailed, you must email arb@deal2dealer.com prior to or during the sale. There will be an unwind fee of $195 charged to the Seller for any sold unit that has been retailed AFTER the sale… No Exceptions.
